I am a donar and was able to access donar forum till some time back. But for some reason I dont seem to have access to the donar forum. Are the policies changes or is there a mess-up in the membership credentials

This article says that outsourcing boutsourcing does not affect the number of jobs (IT jobs) or the wages regardless of how much of work is outsourced and that the demand for IT professionals is picking up.
Besides importing new H1s, the best way to increase the number of professionals in a pool of "Talent for hire for the highest bidder" is to free up half a million existing H1bs from their bond with current jobs by speeding up their greencard.

And yes, about the people like ZAZONA.com. What the hell are you talking about? Foriegners taking away jobs of natives???? If you cant find a job in market this good in IT/software, you should think about changing your occupation and find something else to do and stop crying "Indians and chinese are taking away our jobs waaaaaaah...waaaaaah"

I am a US Citizen and just married an immigrant. Her situation is interesting. Upon arrival to the U.S. she was detained and an I275 was filled out but not submitted. Apparently, her visa had been expired due to an overstay in the distant past. The result of the detention was a Paroled status stamped on her pasport. No I-94
We met shortly after her entry and are currently maried. We want to self-file the I485/I130 papers but don't know how to proceed without an I94 number. If we submit an I102 will she get an I94 replacement or will they reduse based upon her Paroled status, whcih she has overstayed?
Please Help...

Hello Attorney,
I have 6 months left on my H1B-I797 to expire. My visa on the passport got expired in 2007. I am planning to go to Tijuana, Mexico for stamping. I work for a financial company for past 4 years. I have approved I140.
Can you please advise if i can get the visa stamped? I have to visit India in May and hence cannot wait until the my H1B extension is filed and approved (based on my approved I140).
I am confused and worried that the consular officer may say that you have less than 6 months of validity on I797 and may deny the visa.
Can any one please advise?
Thanks
