I have read online that S-corp is better than LLC. Is that true?
Below is some info that I have collected:

The profit earned thru C Corp can be taken out by the owner of the company. But he has to pay 15% tax.

Instead of hiring a full time lobbyist why dont we hire a full time manager who will contact IV members and drive funding drives , organize campaigns , send and spam USCIS with emails flowers and faxes and keep it moving. ...welcome to the new nightmare, someone did say something about the grass been green on the other side..now that we are on the other side we wait for 485 to be current while we renew EAD/AP each year, fingerprint every 15 months and aviod the namecheck black hole...maybe this is what they(uscis) wanted after all...a steady income stream...good luck :)

If I had my I-485 applications mailed on July 2nd and had it postmarked on July 2nd, but reached USCIS on July 3rd, according to USCIS, does that mean that my application was filed on July 2nd?

I feel like giving up today after I saw a friend of mine leaving to india with a US Citizenship and an overseas citizen of india card.
The irony is he applied two months after me in the same category except his application was from a different state.
Now it makes me think, if I have to go through this process and after 5 years if I end up like my friend, then I might as well do it now...:confused:

...that u r crying over USCIS issues? Chill dude :). They were gracious enough to realise their mistake last year and hand out EADs to everyone. Full marks to USCIS for being spontaneous and doing the right thing at the right time. Infact its ppl like u who will always keep cribbing no matter what. Even after u get ur GC u will crib over citizenship delays. Shame on u.
I Totally agree with you. USCIS has done everything in their capacity to accomodate whatever we complain about but their hands are tied by the laws.

And BTW, a 30k salary doesn't matter for executives. Jerry Yang works for $1 a year, so does it mean he is not eligible? And what about the executives working for free for a noble cause? Not everyone is money-minded, and they may choose their goals and priorities

Look's like the DOS is trying to maintain a year difference in the priority dates for EB2-I and EB2-C.
My guess for the April 2009 Visa Bulliten is April 1st 2004 for EB2-I and April 1st 2005 for EB2-China.

My Loan is not Jumbo loan, its under 400K
I don't have 20% down. But I was speaking to the Loan officer, he was telling, it doesn't matter if you put more down or not, 3yr forward continuous visa is req. I never heard this earlier.
I finally got the Loan Approved !
The underwriters was OK with my H1B + I-140 Approval + I-485 Reciept.
Thank you all for the tips and leads.
After a long 60 day wait, I m finally getting the house on Monday. :)

This is one of the most serious issue we are facing in current time. Lay offs are happening left and right and on top of that employers learned that AC21 is giving troubles, they started squeezing more (I myself is partially victim of that).
We need sincere efforts sending emails to ombudsman. This will not take more than 5 minutes as NK2006 put efforts on even giving you the email template.
I sincerely urge everyone to send emails to addresses NK2006 mentioned above and even request your collegues, spouse to do so. We need volume to show our presence.
One more request, please take one more minute and make sure that you post here that you sent emails. This will give us real picture and give others motivation too!

But in the meantime please show your support and your willingness to fight this - if you havnt sent the mail yet, please do it and vote in the poll above. When we started this campaign, I though that at least a few hundred people will come forward easily - now is the time to act.
